There are some boundaries on what I am comfortable on making for commissioners. This list is fairly conclusive but is subject to change.I will draw:
- Gore.
- Furries.
- Humanoids.
- Nudity.
- Fictional characters.
- NSFW content.I won't draw:
- Real people or pets.
- Original characters you don't have permission to use.
- 'Proship'/'profic'/'comship' content.

Commissioner Terms

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms, please read this section carefully, I am not responsible for buyer error.Payment is generally due in full at the time of commissioning, however this can be discussed depending on buyer circumstances.
Refunds are available up until you greenlight the sketch and I begin lineart. After this point, refunds will no longer be available.
If you decide to cancel your commission after requesting sketch alterations, but I have not moved onto lineart, a 50% refund will be issued to you.Do not issue a chargeback if you want a refund. Issuing a chargeback will get you immediately blacklisted. If you want a refund before the sketch is greenlit, I will happily provide.If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund and an apology will be given.
My turnaround time is usually one to two weeks.My prices include the time and labour put into the project, and your digital copy of the artwork. You will not receive any physical goods.Commissioners are limited to personal usage only with their final art piece/s unless explicitly discussed. This means you can repost the artwork, use the art as icons or wallpapers, or make prints for personal use. Commercial usage includes earning money off of my artwork in any way, shape or form, and is not permitted unless you contact me to purchase commercial rights of the artwork.I will not serve commissions to: Racists, ableists, LGBTphobes, radfems/TERFs, nazis/antisemites, pedophiles (MAPs), zoophiles, or otherwise intolerant people. This list is not exclusive and can be expanded and added to at any time.I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I see fit.
If you are found to be in breach of my personal terms of service and still decide to contact me for a commission, I retain the right to cancel proceedings with you at any time in the process WITHOUT delivering any product or refunding you.

Art/Design Terms

Art TermsYou will not receive physical copies of your commissions from me, only digital copies.Once you have received your commission, you are free to repost it wherever you please; you are free to use the art as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, credit to me (@cnaaawd) is appreciated but not necessary every time.I retain the right to use my artwork to promote my commissions, page, or portfolio, with character ownership credits to you.My art should never be used as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) nor used to train AI. This is a direct violation of my terms of service and will get you blacklisted permanently.You are free to edit my art as you like (use it in video edits, make 'corrections' to your character, put filters on it, et cetera) though I do ask that you keep a version of the original saved as well as I may not be able to provide you with another original copy depending on personal circumstances.I may ask for legal identification before fulfilling a NSFW commission, which is up to the buyer to decide whether or not to accept; this is a safeguarding measure to be sure I am not creating NSFW artwork for minors.

Design TermsUpon owning one of my designs, you are allowed to use it to your liking however you want, including but not limited to using it in OC stories, making it a persona, re-trading or gifting it, making NSFW art of it, and so on – with the exclusion of commercial usage.If you want to use one of my custom designs commercially, contact me for permission and intent to purchase, and you will be asked to pay an additional commercial rights fee, depending on your status, that will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
With the purpose of commercial rights you will be allowed to make money off of the design through merchandise or advertising a brand. This is not a legal contract, but a one-time purchase of the rights.Redesigning, repurposing, identifying with, re-trading, regifting, and ‘splicing’ characters with designs I have custom made for you is alright. Once I make a custom design for you, they are yours for all intents and purposes up until commercial rights.You may not use characters I make to spread or express oppressive or harmful opinions / hate speech. This will result in permanent blacklisting. If a design of mine does end up being used to promote harmful or bigoted viewpoints, I renounce my involvement whatsoever bar creation of the design, and the person who’s responsible for the harmful or bigoted viewpoint being promoted through my design will be permanently blacklisted.If you no longer want a character I have custom designed for you, I will always be happy to take them back off your hands.
